The role requires dedication to pre/post school scheduling, a background in color guard, and CPR/First Aid certification to ensure safe, engaging performances across games and competitions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid training concepts, injury prevention.
• Willingness to devote time before and after school hours.
• Experience participating in a color guard program.
• CPR/First Aid certified.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in all practices, games, and competitions.
• Supervise all color guard activities.
• Act as advocate for color guard program in school and community.
• Work with High School and/or Middle School to facilitate future transition from Middle School to High School Color Guard program.
