Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Certified Color Consultant to assist DIY enthusiasts with hair color goals and brand-leading color advice. You will drive sales, deliver expert consultations, and support store operations day to day.

You will build relationships with customers, maintain product knowledge, and participate in training to stay current on trends and programs. This role focuses on in-store service and color expertise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Comfort with product knowledge and explaining labels to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experiences and color consultations to help customers achieve hair color goals.
• Record sales in the POS and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist with store operations, training, and loss prevention practices.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on onboarding and training new associates.
