Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC seeks a Certified Color Consultant to guide DIY customers in selecting color products and delivering expert color advice. You will build relationships, drive sales, and ensure excellent in-store service.

Responsibilities include color consultations, processing transactions, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a knowledgeable, welcoming shopping experience. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ year retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear, concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide color consultations and advise on hair color products to achieve customers' goals.
• Record sales in the POS and handle all monetary transactions accurately.
• Support store operations, planograms, and housekeeping duties.
• Assist Store Manager with onboarding and training of new associates.
• Maintain knowledge of hair color trends and Sally Beauty policies.
