Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty seeks a Color & Curl Concierge in Canton, OH. You will advise customers on color and curl choices, educate clients and salon professionals, and drive sales while maintaining brand merchandising.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in retail or sales, a licensed cosmetologist, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to shows or meetings a few times a year. Growth opportunities and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• One year retail or other sales-focused experience.
• Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred in US and Canada.
• Reliable transportation to service designated store and market.
• Ability to travel to shows and/or sales meetings a minimum of 3 times a year.
• Strong business acumen and ability to read, interpret, and act on sales reports.
• Strong knowledge of POS applications.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer color and care related needs and offer professional advice and recommendations.
• Communicate upward and cross functionally regarding calls, visits, orders, status of sales progress and needed assistance.
• Resolve customer concerns and questions in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain high color and curl merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
• Stay informed on trends and market changes and share knowledge with partners.
• Perform store opening/closing procedures, including cash handling when required.
• Demonstrate CosmoProf/BSG Culture Values and company ethics.
