Job summary

RiseMe is hiring a Collision Technician for our New London, CT body shop. You will repair damaged parts, coordinate with the parts dept to source components, and thoroughly document each repair and materials used.

Experience at a Ford dealership is a plus; ASE certification and collision-center background are valued. The role requires accuracy, safety, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Ford dealership experience is a plus.
• Past collision center experience is required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Determine and repair damaged parts.
• Communicate status of repairs clearly to body shop manager.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts.
• Document all repairs performed.
• Document all materials used.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste.

The day-to-day duties of this role include repairing damaged parts, communicating with the parts department to obtain necessary parts, and documenting all repairs performed.
