Job summary

Tropical Ford in Orlando, FL is seeking a Ford Certified Collision Technician with dealership experience to join our service team. You will repair damaged parts, coordinate with the parts department, and document every repair and materials used, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Prior Ford dealership experience is preferred; ASE certification is a plus. A strong commitment to quality and customer service will help you thrive in our fast-paced collision center.

Qualifications

• Must have Ford Certified credential or equivalent.
• Past collision center experience at a Ford dealership is preferred.
• ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine and repair damaged parts.
• Communicate status of repairs clearly to body shop manager.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts.
• Document all repairs performed.
• Document all materials used.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste.
