Job summary

Motocruit in Honesdale, PA seeks an on-site General Manager to lead a high-volume collision shop. You will own day-to-day operations, drive production, and manage insurance-partner relationships while working directly with ownership.

You will build and coach a production team, own customer experience from intake to delivery, and report results for continued shop performance. This role requires independent leadership and DRP management.

Qualifications

• Collision shop leadership experience as GM or equivalent.
• Ability to run a shop independently.
• Comfort owning production, people, and insurance relationships.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of the Honesdale collision shop.
• Lead production, quality, and shop performance.
• Hire, coach, and hold the team accountable.
• Maintain and grow DRP insurance-partner relationships.
