Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a customer-focused representative in Texas to guide customers through the repair journey from drop-off to delivery.

You will prepare estimates with insurers, coordinate with technicians, and maintain proactive communication to ensure a smooth experience. This is a commission-based role aligned with sales volume and customer satisfaction, offering growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Clear, concise communication in writing, via phone and in person.
• Familiar with CCC1 estimating system.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
