Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2-3 years’ collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to work in a team.
• Background check and safe work practices required.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage.
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to minimize repair time.
• Plan work procedure following work orders.
• Remove upholstery and hardware to access damaged area when needed.
• Mend damaged body and weld/reassemble parts after painting.
• Operate hand and power tools and equipment.
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before painting.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality.
