Caliber’s Charlotte Harbor service center is hiring an experienced auto body technician to repair a wide range of collision damage. You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble vehicles to factory specs, collaborating with painters, estimators, and the front office to move cars efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how with the ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts and perfected welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
