Job summary

Caliber's Service Center on Hilton Head Island is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair a wide range of collisions, from minor dings to major frame work.

You will blueprint and execute repairs with precision, restore panels to factory specs, and reassemble to a high standard. Collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff is essential, and safety and cleanliness come first.

Qualifications

• Experience: at least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix right first time.
• Detail-oriented; tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the process.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
