You’ll repair vehicles after collisions, applying precise frame and panel work to restore factory specifications, with attention to detail and safety. Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; you can pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit; you can lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude; you collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork; clean, precise work.
• Full collision repair from minor to major; handle it all.
• Panel and structural work; return to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team; trust and teamwork move cars through.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
