Wright Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Collision Center/Body Shop Technician to restore vehicles to their original condition and to ensure safe, high-quality repairs. You will assess damage, plan the repair process, and work with a team to complete timely, compliant restorations.

Applicants should have prior collision center experience, knowledge of body repair and insurance processes, and must pass a background and driving screen. Tools are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Collision Center / Body Shop is REQUIRED.
• Previous experience and working knowledge of body repair and insurance processes.
• Must be willing to submit to a background & driving screen prior to employment.
• Must have tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer needs are met with quality and efficiency
• Responsible for restoring a vehicle back to its original and operational condition after a collision
• Make decisions on repairing or replacing pieces while taking into consideration safety, cost and cycle time.
• Perform quality repairs in timely manner.
• Work and communicate with others on vehicle repair status.
• Examine damaged vehicle and plan repair process.
• Understand, keep abreast of and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect departmental operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right-to-know, etc.
