Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as a collision/body shop technician (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience with automotive body and structural repairs.
• Ability to work independently in a busy shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Review repair orders to fully understand required repairs before beginning work.
• Inspect parts for accuracy and damage; report discrepancies to the Production Manager.
• Perform complete structural, body, and cosmetic repairs per manufacturer specifications.
• Identify and report additional vehicle damage not listed on the R/O.
• Complete calibrations and re-calibrations to ensure safety systems function as designed.
• Inspect and test-drive repaired vehicles to ensure quality and proper handling.
