Caliber’s West Chester Service Center in West Chester, PA is seeking skilled collision repair technicians. The role focuses on full collision repair, including blue­printing, framing, and precise assembly, with a team-oriented environment and modern equipment.

You’ll work on high‑quality repairs, with benefits and opportunities for certification and career growth, while contributing to a safe, efficient shop floor and timely customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring back factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
