Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
