Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Service Center Richmond - Chippenham Square is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair frames and panels to factory specs while collaborating with a team to restore vehicles to optimal condition.

Applicants should have at least two years of hands-on collision repair experience, solid frame knowledge, and a keen eye for detail. We offer competitive pay, day-one benefits, and growth through I-CAR/ASE training.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on auto collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across roles.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute—No guesswork, no shortcuts—just clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair—From fender benders to frame rebuilds, you handle it all.
• Panel and structural work—If it’s bent, twisted or torn, you bring it back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly—Fit and finish matter—your final touches make all the difference.
