Caliber Collision Service Center is seeking experienced collision repair technicians. We value hands-on experience, strong frame and structural skills, and a commitment to blueprinting repairs correctly the first time.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to tightened bolts, welds, and final alignment.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repairs from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural repair to factory specifications.
• Quality reassembly and final touches for proper fit and finish.
• Work as part of a team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
