Job summary

Caliber is seeking skilled auto body technicians at our Fort Myers Service Center. You will perform full collision repairs, from dent repair to frame work, using modern equipment. The role requires two years of hands-on experience, keen attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from dings to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
