Job summary

Caliber is seeking skilled auto body technicians at our Shakopee Service Center. Earn a sign-on bonus of $1500 paid on your first paycheck, and join a team delivering full collision repair with top equipment and safety standards. You should have at least two years of wreck repair experience, frame and structural know-how, attention to detail, and be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

U.S. work eligibility required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how for repairs.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major; restore to factory specs.
• Handle panel and structural work to bring bent parts back to spec.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area.
