Caliber Collision in Santee is seeking skilled auto collision technicians to blueprint and execute precise repairs. You’ll handle full collision repair—from fender benders to frame work—while ensuring factory-spec alignment and quality finishes.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tighten bolts and welds, no excuses.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically fit.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and care.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame work.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; finish with proper fit and finish.
