Caliber Collision’s San Clemente service center is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair vehicles from start to finish. You’ll blueprint, straighten frames, and perform precise structural work to restore cars to factory specs.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how including pulling, straightening and squaring.
• Blueprints and precision welding/repair with a no-shortcuts mindset.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safe, quality workmanship.
• Ability to collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise results.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Ensure fit and finish are up to standard with final touches.
• Work collaboratively with team to move cars through efficiently.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to procedures.
