Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• Detail-oriented with focus on precise repairs.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work physically.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and tidy work area.
