Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames—keep to factory specs.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Careful attention to bolts, welds, fit, and finish.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front-office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major.
• Perform panel and structural work as required.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain clean, safe work area at all times.
