• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair right first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude and collaboration with colleagues.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Execute panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Conduct quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to policies.
