Qualifications

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, welds, and finishes.
• Physically fit for the job: lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Panel and structural work to restore alignment.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
