Job summary

Caliber is seeking an experienced collision repair technician at our Service Center in Rensselaer, NY. You will perform full collision repairs, frame straightening, and quality reassembly, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently.

You should have at least two years of collision repair experience, frame/structural know-how, and a strong focus on safety and quality. I-CAR and ASE certifications are a plus, and you must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how and the ability to pull, straighten and square components.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time with no shortcuts.
• Attention to detail to ensure tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move cars efficiently.
