Qualifications

• Two years of auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how.
• No-shortcuts approach focused on correct repairs.
• Attention to detail in bolts and welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Handle full collision repair from fender to frame.
• Repair bent, twisted, or torn panels to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with tight fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
