Caliber Collision Rogers AR is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore vehicles from fender benders to full frame rebuilds. You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble with precision, using I-CAR and ASE certified standards. A team-focused environment and safety-minded culture are emphasized across the shop.

We value hands-on skills, strong attention to detail, and physical fitness, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and perfected welds.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with other shop roles.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; final touches matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
