• Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborative mindset and teamwork with other shop roles.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair scope from minor to major work.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore original specs.
• Ensure high-quality reassembly and fit finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
