• Ability to blueprint, straighten, and square frames to factory specs.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute collision repairs with accuracy.
• Handle full collision repair, from minor to major rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specifications.
• Ensure precise reassembly with high-quality finish.
• Collaborate with team across body shop, estimators, and front office.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with policies.
