Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a skilled collision repair technician at our California service center. You will blueprint and execute full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame work, using modern equipment and working alongside estimators and painters to restore factory specs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality—blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate across shop roles.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with clean, precise methods.
• Perform full collision repair from minor dents to frame rebuilds.
• Work on panel and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit finish on completed vehicles.
• Collaborate with technicians, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
