Caliber is seeking an experienced auto body technician for our Vacaville center. You will perform full collision repairs—from fender benders to frame rebuilds—using blueprinting and factory specs to ensure precise, factory-quality results.

We offer competitive pay with a flat rate up to $32–$35, paid weekly, plus opportunities for growth through I-CAR and ASE certifications. Day-one benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match, with a strong safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square effectively.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tight bolts, welded finishes, no excuses.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; team-focused attitude.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain clean, safe work area at all times.
