• Sharp eye for detail to ensure tightened bolts and perfect welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a shop environment.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; ensure fit and finish meet standards.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop efficiently.
• Keep the work area safe and clean.
