Caliber Collision's Service Center Madison is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to restore wrecked vehicles with precision and care. You will work with a team of skilled colleagues, apply frame and structural knowledge, and blueprint repairs to meet factory specs.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration, from teardown to final reassembly, with opportunities for growth, industry training (I-CAR, ASE), and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
