Caliber Collision Sparks is seeking a collision repair technician to join our fast-paced service center. You’ll blueprint, repair, and restore vehicles involved in crashes, working with a team to return cars to road-ready condition.

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and final finishes.
• Work collaboratively with team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
