Caliber’s El Cajon Service Center is looking for skilled collision repair technicians. Join a team that handles full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and safety standards.

Applicants should have at least two years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship. Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square it up.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Panel and structural work to return to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
