The role emphasizes frame work, high attention to detail, and teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Two years of auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair experience.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from end to end.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finishing touches.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
