Caliber Service Center in Apple Valley, MN, is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to repair and restore vehicles to factory specifications. You will handle frame repairs, panel work, and detailed reassembly, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front-office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts, precise welds, and clean finishes.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major repairs.
• Panel and structural work including bent, twisted, or torn components.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
