Job summary

Caliber Thousand Oaks is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to join our Service Center team. You’ll perform full collision repairs, frame and structural work, and finish with precise reassembly, collaborating with estimators and painters to move vehicles quickly and safely.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Must have frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square.
• Must commit to blueprinting and doing repairs right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and welds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
