Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square parts.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
