Caliber in Frisco, TX is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to join our service center team. You will blueprint and execute repairs, handle full collision work from fender benders to frame rebuilds, and ensure quality reassembly with factory specs.

You’ll work with painters, estimators, and front office staff, and contribute to a safe, efficient shop environment. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of experience, frame/structural know-how, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lift up

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience required.
• Frame and structural repair skills required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs accurately to factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from start to finish.
• Perform panel and structural work as needed.
• Ensure quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
