Job summary

Caliber Collision Lakeland is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles with precision using modern equipment and a collaborative team. You’ll handle fender-to-frame repairs, blueprint to OEM specs, and work with painters and estimators.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural repair experience with ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and welds must be precise.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specifications.
• Perform full collision repair from Fender to frame.
• Panel and structural work to restore vehicle integrity and alignment.
• Quality reassembly and finish; ensure factory specs are met.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to move cars through efficiently.
