• Two years of collision repair experience or related field.
• Frame and structural know-how including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
• Commitment to precise, right-first-time repairs.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude and collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform full collision repair spanning fender to frame rebuilds.
• Repair panel and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure fit and finish with high-quality reassembly.
• Collaborate with team to move vehicles through the center.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
