Caliber's service center in Nottingham is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join a high-volume shop in Baltimore, MD. You will work on fender to frame repairs with modern equipment, earning competitive pay and benefits.

Requirements include at least two years of hands-on experience, frame/structural know-how, and a strong detail orientation. We invest in your growth with training such as I-CAR/ASE and provide day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience repairing wrecks.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• Blueprints and precise repair mindset.
• Attention to detail in bolts, welds and finishes.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration with shop staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Perform full collision repairs from minor to major.
• Repair panels and structures to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit/finish.
• Collaborate with team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
