Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten and square to spec.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Detail-focused; tighten bolts, welds, and alignments precisely.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly; finish and fit are critical.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and prioritize safety.
• Support the operation as an essential part of the business.
