Caliber is seeking an experienced collision repair technician in Wentzville, MO to repair and restore vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint and execute repairs, handle full collision work from frame rebuilds to panel work, and ensure precise reassembly.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames and structures.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Keen eye for detail; tighten bolts and welds with precision.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision, no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
