Job summary

Caliber Collision in Apple Valley, MN is hiring an Auto Body Technician for a full-time role. You will blueprint and execute repairs, handle complete collision repair, and perform panel/structural work to bring vehicles back to factory specs. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts and perfected welds.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
