Caliber Collision in Springdale is hiring an experienced auto body technician to repair and restore vehicles after collisions. You will blueprint, straighten frames, and perform full collision repairs with attention to detailing and quality welds.

You will join a team-focused shop that uses modern equipment and offers training, PTO, holidays, and benefits from day one. Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of auto body repair experience.
• Ability to blueprint, pull, straighten and square frames.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Perform full collision repair from frame to finish.
• Repair panels and structures to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters and estimators.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area.
