Caliber Collision in Springdale, AR is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair collision damage from dings to frame rebuilds.

You will work with modern equipment, follow blueprinting and quality standards, and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of auto body repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how including pulling, straightening and squaring.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts, welded joints and finishes.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-focused and collaborative with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specifications.
• Full collision repair from minor damage to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore alignment.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow shop protocols.
